02/09/2026: A few months ago, I left a rather negative review about the lack of flavor in the Margarita pizza. Today, I'm leaving a very positive review for the Pan Pizza. I ordered the goat cheese and honey pan pizza, and it was an explosion of flavor! When I picked it up, it looked a little small, but it was surprisingly filling since it's quite thick (for someone with a big appetite like me). Plus, everything is edible because there aren't really any raised edges, unlike a classic pizza! So, when something isn't good, we tend to complain, but when it's good, we should say so too. I thoroughly enjoyed it! 🤭🫶🏻

06/09/2026: Let the chef guide you with his tasting menus; you won't regret it. Delicious flavors await, all for the price of a good Parisian brasserie. The wine list is well-curated, with something for everyone, and at reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back, especially since the village is charming and we'd love to visit the Gallo-Roman ruins.

19/08/2026: A charming establishment run by an amazing family. As an apprentice, I was able to handle and use many different products. As a customer, I had a magical time, enjoying generous plates of beautifully prepared dishes. I look forward to returning.

19/09/2026: We had a truly wonderful time at this restaurant. The couscous was delicious, very generous, and above all, bursting with flavor—exactly how I like it. The semolina was light and airy, the vegetables perfectly cooked, and the meat tender and flavorful. I also really appreciated the service: a smiling, warm, and attentive team, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It's the kind of place where you eat well and want to come back. A fantastic discovery for me; I highly recommend it!

08/09/2026: September 2026 We continue to go there regularly and it's always a delight. For example, for the €27 set menu (starter + main + dessert), we recently had: (see photos) *Crispy soft-boiled egg, zucchini brunoise with emulsion, parmesan crumble *Slow-cooked filet mignon with meltingly tender carrot, caramelized onions, and a rich lemon thyme jus *Eclair with hazelnut pastry cream, raspberry coulis, and Chantilly cream From the presentation to the cooking and the flavors, everything was excellent. It's wonderful to see how passionate young people are and how they know how to perpetuate the tradition of good food and high-quality service. We're adding a comment in December 2025: We have continued to return to this restaurant regularly and each time it's always with the same pleasure. Go without hesitation. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in the Val d'Oise, and the value for money is excellent! 2024 We've been twice already. Everything is delightful, from the service to the food, not to mention the beautifully presented and flavorful dishes. A very good restaurant that's well worth a visit.
