The pizzas look good, it's a shame I won't be coming because I think you're missing a cream-based pizza recipe with chicken.

This was a new experience for me, and quite a good one. My pizza was a good size and well-topped. The crust was thin with a raised edge.

Very nice pizzas, thin crust. As a regular pizza eater, I didn't really look at the menu, so what a surprise when we saw eggplant in the goat cheese and honey pizza! A first for me, and I didn't personally enjoy it. We didn't find anything extraordinary about the other pizzas. It's a shame they didn't have Figatelli on the Corsican pizza. I appreciate that you can order between noon and 2 pm, which is quite rare.

Five stars for all three of us, incredulous Italians in France. Really good pizzas, well-cooked, quality ingredients. Don't expect too much from the location; it's simple and tasteful, with prompt service and friendly, welcoming staff. See you next time.

First time at this restaurant and definitely not the last. Absolutely nothing to complain about, from the meal to the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Everything is homemade, except the ice cream 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you to the ANCORA team.

One of the best pizzerias near Aix! We enjoy it every time. Special mention for the Nutella tiramisu, it's absolutely divine!

Hearty and very good pizzas. The covered back room offers a very pleasant setting. My only regret is that it's a little too noisy.

Ajito

13/02/2026: In my opinion, Ajito is the best Japanese restaurant in Aix-en-Provence! The quality of the dishes is remarkable and truly resembles what you'd find in Japan. The salmon sushi is delicious, but there are also other fish sushi options to discover (I recommend ordering an assortment of sushi to sample different fish). There are also specialties like soft-shell crab (fried soft-shell crab) or kakuni (stewed pork), which are rarely found in other Japanese restaurants in France. The price is slightly higher than other Japanese restaurants, but the quality is more than justified! I'll happily return!
