The staff were very pleasant and the service excellent. We had a lovely evening dining at this establishment, which is similar to many others, but... surprise! There was a back room... and it was quiet and sheltered from the street. We'll definitely be back as soon as we have the chance. 👍

19/07/2026: Incredible!!! We came to Viot simply asking for a takeaway platter, hoping to sample a little bit of everything. We didn't give them many details and trusted them to put together the platter. The restaurant's reputation is clearly well-deserved. The prices are higher than elsewhere, but the quality more than justifies them: it truly rivals that of an excellent gourmet restaurant. Each fish had its own unique character: incredible textures, impeccable freshness, no unpleasant odors or aftertastes, only very refined, delicate, and nuanced flavors. You can tell they've put a lot of thought into the selection, cutting, and combination. Every bite was different, and the whole thing was a veritable feast. It's probably one of the best raw fish platters I've ever eaten. An exceptional experience that I recommend without hesitation.
