We stumbled upon Anisette et Brochette and weren't disappointed.
The concept is great. There are lots (lots!) of different skewer options, featuring both land and sea animals. A small suggestion: why not a vegetarian skewer option next time? I'd love that!
The side dishes are delicious. They don't skimp on the portions or the homemade quality. The ratatouille, in particular, was fantastic—truly homemade, just the way we like it. The fries were great too.
The atmosphere was very pleasant despite a slight wait (but the restaurant was full, and the servers and chef were running around trying their best to serve everyone).

I highly recommend this restaurant!
Friendly atmosphere, welcoming and smiling staff, excellent food, and generous portions. The kebabs are cooked over a wood fire right in front of you. A new go-to spot added to my contacts! See you very soon 😉

What a surprise! Out of season, we expected a quiet little restaurant, but no, it was packed. However, the service was excellent, everyone was very friendly, the food was delicious, and the wood fire was wonderfully warm. I highly recommend it, and we'll be back even if we're coming from far away.

Friendly welcome and service.
Very wide selection of small kebabs.
There's something for everyone: chicken, chorizo, duck, beef, cuttlefish, fish—all cooked over a wood fire! Delicious.
A good selection of side dishes too.
Reasonable prices.
The cauliflower gratin was good.

The Carnon kebabs here are excellent, from the cook to the waiter. The owner is lovely, kind, and always smiling—everything you need to enjoy this place. I highly recommend it if you want to leave happy. Special mention to the ticket inspector, Hayette—a big thank you! The Bordeaux locals.

A friendly, family atmosphere and excellent service. Reasonable prices.
The food is average. Unfortunately, it detracts from the energy and friendliness of the servers, especially on Sunday, November 2nd, and doesn't encourage you to order dessert.
