26/05/2026: 10/10 for the welcome and the meals

24/05/2026: This is my third time returning to Le Bouzou in almost 20 years. And each time it's a truly memorable experience. From the owner (who's been there for 44 years!) to the servers, everyone is kind and efficient. The only slight drawback is the buffet, which has shrunk considerably over the years, but the quality remains excellent. Everything is cooked on-site, from appetizers to desserts. I did notice the addition of insects, which adds an extra touch of the unusual. The warm island atmosphere is still very much present, even more so with Tahitian dancers performing that day. The much-anticipated and unique ritual ("little cry" + "antidote") is still there, much to our delight. Even the restrooms contribute to this extraordinary experience! I'm so glad I was able to introduce this restaurant to our children, who thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Thank you to Le Bouzou for maintaining its authentic and family-friendly spirit throughout all these years.

22/03/2026: Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and what a wonderful discovery! Everything was absolutely perfect: from the warm and attentive welcome to the impeccable service, not to mention the simply delicious dishes. There were four of us, so we were able to sample everything from the appetizers to the main courses and desserts. Their passion and attention to detail are evident in every plate! A huge thank you to Elodie and Eddy, who, in addition to cooking, serve you to ensure your experience is as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to return!

26/05/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time from start to finish. The cuisine is refined, full of flavor, and prepared with great care. The service was also impeccable: attentive, smiling waiters and waitresses, always going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The setting is magnificent and truly enhances the experience. We also greatly appreciated the chef's visit at the end of our meal, a very thoughtful touch that demonstrates her passion and dedication to her guests. We recommend this restaurant without hesitation!

29/04/2026: A fantastic discovery was electric scootering with TROTTUP in Frontignan on the 'Panoramic Raid Between Land & Sea'. A really fun way to explore the trails and cycle paths on a circuit linking the seafront, ponds, canals, fishermen's houses, vineyards, and woodlands... Thanks to Laura for guiding us with such good humor!

22/04/2026: If you have the chance to dine at Pat Daniels, you'll fall in love with the restaurant, more specifically with the lovingly prepared food and the Jack Daniel's. The unique feature of this place is the Jack Daniel's influence, from cocktails and drinks to everything from appetizers to desserts... There were six of us, and the set menu was €37, or you can order à la carte. For our starter, we had the foie gras terrine, followed by the lamb shank, and for dessert, the chocolate ganache. The dishes were smooth and delicious. The gingerbread that accompanied the foie gras was truly divine; seriously, I'm not usually a big fan of gingerbread, but I could have easily eaten more slices. The main course was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was so good you'd want to put the plate down. The chocolate raspberry ganache for dessert was incredibly smooth and just the right amount of sweet. The owner is incredibly attentive to his customers; his presentation is captivating, and we wanted more. You'll feel right at home there, and time will fly by. I highly recommend this restaurant; we drove an hour just to eat there. However, be aware that it's only open Monday through Friday, and only in the evenings. It's best to make a reservation if you want an exceptional culinary experience. Thanks to Pat for this moment that suspended time and delighted our taste buds.
