12/09/2026: Back from vacation, my daughter stopped by today and bought the bacon, vegetable, and ricotta lasagna. She absolutely loved it! I also got to try it, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious taste and the fact that everything is homemade. We also really enjoyed the Estathé Pesca drink, which is much less sweet than iced tea. We highly recommend this drink, as well as the three lasagna flavors I mentioned. Go check out this wonderful caterer! May Allah bless you, and we wish you continued success, Insha'Allah. 11/09/2026: This is the first time I've tried one of these famous sandwiches, and I was won over. You can tell the meat is high quality, and the staff are clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction. I definitely plan to come back regularly!

14/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! The restaurant's decor has been carefully curated for 40 years thanks to the passion of the owner, Jacquot, who has been collecting antiques for years. The food is excellent, homemade, and the presentation of the dishes is also very well done. The choice of background music is also excellent. The couple who run the restaurant are incredibly friendly, kind, and open, always ready to share anecdotes about the restaurant and the different dishes. The after-dinner drinks are also homemade and very tasty. Everything is done to ensure your comfort, so it's easy to say that we will return with great pleasure. Thank you so much to Jacquot and Roya! For those lucky enough to go, remember to bring cash as they don't accept credit cards.

The chef primarily uses local produce, and this connection to the region is evident in every dish. The wine list is always excellent, with wonderful discoveries of regional appellations, always perfectly chosen and well-executed. It's this kind of cuisine that makes you want to come back again and again. A must-try.

29/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 6 stars… if I could have. To fully recount our experience at Maison Soubeiran, we must start at the beginning. A wooden door. Simple. Intriguing, to say the least. What will I discover behind it? We pass through it, and a corridor invites us to take a few steps forward. This small, dimly lit vestibule is enough to create a transition. Then, almost suddenly, we step into another world. It's August. The temperature in the streets of Lunel is 36 degrees Celsius. And here we are in a patio covered by a magnificent ivy canopy that seems to instantly lower the temperature. The atmosphere is cool, calm, and soothing. A little oasis. The first person who greets us is smiling, attentive, and incredibly kind. We settle in, and already, we have only one desire: to discover more about this unique place. We were lucky enough to meet the owner. A man of passion. Ask him a few questions and he'll quickly and generously share the story of Maison Soubeiran, this former industrial site transformed into a restaurant. The courtyard is a true haven of peace. The interior is just as enchanting. The decor is sublime, authentic, and exquisitely tasteful, never overdone. And now, the food. Don't bother looking for a menu. Like the place itself, everything here is a secret to be discovered. We opted for the five-course tasting menu, a blind tasting. And at that point, words fail us. A succession of remarkably well-balanced, creative, and delicate dishes, with incredibly precise seasoning. We also chose the wine pairings, which included broths. I highly recommend them. They truly enhance the experience and make it even more surprising. From the first course to the coffee, which was absolutely delicious, we experienced a truly unforgettable family moment. We love unusual places. Places with a soul. Places you talk about long after you've left. Maison Soubeiran is undoubtedly one of them. Thank you to the chef for her committed, creative cuisine, based on natural ingredients, flavor, and local sourcing. Thank you to the owner for his infectious passion. And thank you to the entire team for the remarkable welcome. We were treated like royalty, with such naturalness and generosity. We will treasure this address. For us, it is now an essential destination for food lovers visiting the South of France. 5 stars… and a sixth that Google unfortunately won't let me add. ++ V

03/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! A magnificent setting, in a beautifully decorated period room. A warm and welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service. Delicious and generous portions. All of this makes you want to come back! Highly recommended!

02/09/2026: A very good restaurant. Just a small note about the starter: not too much salad, and especially not four tomato slices which serve no purpose other than decoration. Instead, a decorative touch would be edible, so perhaps a drizzle of balsamic vinegar or raspberry vinegar, or a few other things that would make you want to eat a quarter of a tomato. The owner took my comment well and immediately passed it on. Well done! Then came a surprising dish to eat in Vias: an exceptional cuttlefish stew. Bravo, because being from Sète, frankly, for me, it's the best I've ever had. Excellent dessert. The service was more than perfect, provided by the owner and the wonderful waitress. 07/08/2026: Honestly, it's a complete mess. One minute I'm told I can't book because of the wind, the next day they call me back saying it's because they're closing early. Get your facts straight before you start telling customers nonsense. In the end, it's impossible to book anything; nobody can give a proper answer. The organization is a complete disaster, and there's absolutely no professionalism. You just wasted my time. I'll never set foot in your establishment again, and I strongly advise everyone against going there.

03/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! This lovely place serves delicious food. The owner welcomed us like a friend, very warm and friendly! We were offered a small homemade hummus as an aperitif, a twist on the classic pistachio and fresh mint. The dishes and desserts were delicious, all homemade with quality local ingredients. They also gave us excellent wine recommendations, with a very nice wine list. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant.

28/08/2026: A lovely and excellent place. The missing "N" in Nonna is of little importance and is quickly forgotten thanks to the quality of the food and the chef's professionalism. The service is a little lacking compared to the aforementioned qualities, but this too is easily overlooked. Probably among the best value-for-money restaurants in the Hérault region, a place to remember, while acknowledging that no one is perfect, they come very close! Keep it up…

29/08/2026: The highlight of my trip! Lovely little restaurant, excellent welcome and service. The dishes are beautiful, delicious, and fresh. Set menus are available for 29 or 39 euros (same dish but with more generous portions). It might be a little more expensive, but it's worth it. It was only open in the evenings, so reservations are essential or highly recommended. I highly recommend it.
