Annette's Diner sur Chessy

Very good time, I came Tuesday at 7 p.m. closing of the park, a lot of people arriving at the same time and one waiting just 20 minutes to enter, once inside we had a waiter "Sébastien", a very smiling person, pleasant and friendly, thank you to him, he contributed greatly to our good evening there, and otherwise we had a great time with the burgers and milkshakes.

Annette’s Diner at Disneyland Paris is an excellent place to enjoy a generous meal in a retro and friendly atmosphere 🍔🎶. The portions are copious, and the Blue Burger is a real success: tasty and well prepared, it is highly recommended 😋! The desserts are also very good and complement the meal perfectly 🍰. However, the service is uneven: some servers are dynamic and committed 💪, but others seem less involved, which creates delays, such as the 30 minutes of waiting for a simple carafe of water and glasses 🙄. Better organization at the service level would significantly improve the experience. Despite this downside, for the quality of the dishes, Annette’s Diner remains a very good option for a meal at Disneyland Paris 👍✨.

After several failed attempts to have lunch within the park, we discovered this restaurant at Disney Village quite by chance, and what a pleasant surprise! The food is both tasty and plentiful, enough to satisfy the appetite after a busy day. Special mention to the waiters, who are extremely pleasant and attentive (thanks to Alexandre and Mélanie). Of course, the prices are a little high, but that's completely understandable, given that we're at Disney. A very good address to remember for a future visit!

I share my experience. I went there with my family. I ordered a veg burger. This one was not to my taste. I mentioned this to the waiter, Bryan. He handled my remark very well, listening and smiling. The manager, Edwin, also came to ask about my experience. He listened to my remarks and my feedback. Once again listen and consider. An exemplary customer relationship. Well done to the whole team. I add that the setting is very pleasant. Thank you for the quality of your service. PS the children really liked the children's menu

Monday December 9, 2024 2 p.m. ... The lack of professionalism and service is incredible ... not very polite, not smiling ... we receive the dishes .... it's not far away who throws them on the table 😅 The cuisine wasn't crazy but it wasn't disgusting anymore... I recommend the royal pub, the 5 stars are everywhere! !!!!! Just the atmosphere of the typical American dinner's is very present :)

Customers for several years, we have been going to have a burger with friends for over fifteen years now at Annette's Diner. The burgers are good, the recipes varied and the quality is almost as good as the price! The golden brioche buns are very pleasant in the mouth, and certain recipes like the “Double Rockabilly” or the “Maxi Incredible Burger” are among my favorites. Each burger is served with a relatively generous portion of fries, and quite good! A slice of pickle is also served separately, very interesting for those who don't like pickles in their burger (and also for those, like us, who are fond of them). Sauces are available at the table: Ketchup, American Mayonnaise, and Mustard. Very practical for serving as desired (special mention for the mustard which is very appreciated by our group of friends). The restaurant's star attraction is the Maxi Incredible Burger: Three layers, 600 grams of meat separated into 6 100g steaks, cheese, brioche bread on top, and a really interesting taste! It will satisfy the biggest stomachs, and will attract the attention of your table neighbors! Some negative points however regarding the Maxi Incredible: the meat is very oily. With the bread serving as a sponge, you will quickly find yourself eating a sponge full of oil for the bottom layer of the burger. The top layers however are really interesting especially with this superb brioche bread on top, which gives a very pleasant taste! The milkshake offered for finishing your Maxi Incredible Burger is very pleasant, refreshing and very sweet. A pleasure to end this meal on such a refreshing note. Without forgetting the choice between three flavors: Vanilla, Strawberry (preferred), or Chocolate. The staff on rollerblades, the music and the colors provide a dynamic and exotic atmosphere, immersing you in a time journey to the American 60s. A downside however: the cutlery which is sorted right next to the tables located close to the cash registers, constant noises of metal cutlery constantly clashing together, which is really annoying, in particular for people with sensitive ears or simply wishing to be able to hear your interlocutor(s) speak at the table. Annette's Burger is a must for fans of American Burgers, and certainly one of the best restaurants in Disney Village.

Im Disney Village gelegen - von Beginn an eine Institution. Unvergessen die Zeit, wo noch auf Rollschuhen serviert wurde, die Kellnerinnen ein Strahlen im Gesicht hatten und die Speisen einem Diner angemessen waren. Der Glanz ist mehr als ab, uns blutet regelmäßig das Herz. Personal lustlos und genervt, Burger so mittelmäßig dass wir nur noch für einen Sundae reintrauen. Immer in der Hoffnung dass man zu alter Größe zurückfindet. Wir geben nicht auf…

Food was absolutely amazing! We ordered the sharing platter which came with all kind of yummy goodies including chicken quesadillas, panko crusted cod and chicken goujons and we also ordered the double rockabilly burger and that was to die for! Totally recommend and the food came so fast and the servers were lovely!
