I just want to express my gratitude on behalf of the whole group of 50 people - pilgrime from Croatia re an amazing service and delicious food. Especially , thanks and gratitude to Gabrielle: Clare, Huga and for an outstanding service and to the chef Victor.

I'm traveling with young people. The rooms are more than decent. The dinners are acceptable, and the breakfast is adequate, especially for young people. The hotel's strong point is the staff's interaction with guests. They're helpful and willing to do whatever they can to help. Some guests need to be taken to civic and social education courses, so the staff is even more commendable for their patience.

Nice establishment. Easy to find. Free parking available. Very friendly staff.

A very nice and fine hotel with comfortable, firm beds, and friendly assistance at the reception. The room is a bit more expensive than at the well-known chains, but what a difference; the space and the bathroom are unparalleled.

I only went there for conferences and seminars.

I contacted the hotel to reserve a room, the sales department responded quickly and their service is very good!

I came to this hotel for a big event with lot of people. The team was very nice and very organized and I told them that they were very special during my stay. It was a very busy weekend for them and they made it. The woman at the reception was everywhere non stop and very nice with me. I liked the place. The room was small with small beds but it was okay for what I needed. I read a lot of negative comments but for me it was fine. I understand some frustrations from some customers about a 4 stars hotel but for me I enjoyed the stay and the team. Thank you everyone. I am not sure why I cannot put January instead of February on this review but I went there in January

Ideally located in a busy commercial area, the service lives up to the high standards of this hotel, especially with the breakfast and private parking. There's a bus stop right across the street for easy access to the city center!
