The hotel's decor is incredibly original; it's refreshing to see something out of the ordinary! The staff and manager were very welcoming. We lingered in bed, and the staff kindly allowed us access to breakfast despite our late morning arrival—thank you so much! The room was spotless, and the mattress was super comfortable. The icing on the cake: the coffee was complimentary. A tip for future guests: if you're pleasant and friendly, the staff will be too! ☺️😉

01/11/2025: Drawn in by the menu featuring an omelet with chanterelles and black trumpet mushrooms, you discover an exceptional spot: a awning-covered patio, an island of tranquility in the heart of Nîmes. The service is outstanding, the sommelier offers excellent advice, and the cuisine is homemade using fresh, local ingredients, orchestrated by renowned chef Sébastien Granier, a Bocuse alumnus (photo visible at the entrance). The wine cellar is top-notch... a set menu at €25, the omelet at €19... it's top-notch without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!
