It's always a pleasure to stop there. There's a lot of choice for snacks. It's a shame that on Monday the 7th there were no more croissants at 3:30 p.m.

Large and clean (for a rest area)

The Limours Briis-sous-Forges motorway service area is undoubtedly one of the most pleasant we've ever experienced. Recently renovated, it stands out for its modern and elegant architecture, with particular attention paid to the ambiance. The illuminated trees, in particular, create a soothing and original atmosphere, especially at the end of the day. The services are top-notch: 12 coffee machines, including two from the Joyeux brand, ensure a quality quick break. A Paul Le Café area allows you to sit comfortably and enjoy a more cozy moment. There's also Le Bistronome, a well-designed restaurant for a proper lunch or dinner break. But the real surprise lies in the cleverly integrated coworking space. It notably features a soundproof booth, perfect for making video calls or working in peace during the day. A rare initiative on a motorway, and one that should be commended. Kudos to the designers for this modern vision of travelers' needs. In terms of mobility, the area offers 22 TotalEnergies charging stations, which is remarkable. And for those who are curious, a Darty mini-store and a PSG corner complete the offerings. An exemplary stopover in every way.

First resting place after Paris (seen from the Netherlands) in the direction of west or south-west France. Large resting place with many facilities such as a large store, McDonalds, Starbucks. In addition, enough coffee machines to make your own choice from different types of coffee. The toilets are clean and free, the latter is common in France. There is even some entertainment for small children. Visited this resting place twice in June 2025, I can imagine that it is a bit busier during the summer holidays.

Very narrow truck parking space. Please take photos of your neighbors' license plates... because it's very unpleasant to be woken up at 3 a.m. by your neighbor who rips off your rearview mirror and drives off without even leaving a note.

Maybe one of the best rest area I found in France. Everything is new, the style looks a bit futuristic, giving a vibe of Singapore airport. Many choices regarding food, drinks and you can even do small groceries if you need (with prices higher for sure regarding the location) The coffee/chocolate/ice tea selfservice machine are very nice and useful.

Beautiful memory very misty welcomed

The showers are free of charge. You get a key and a bracelet. The key is for the cabin, the bracelet for the shower to unlock the water. Hold the bracelet under the slider. The water runs 2x 7min.The showers are so la la clean. My shower was full of hair. The art is not to let your feet rest on the floor when changing. The lady at the checkout was not very friendly. Points only for the price of the free shower.
