08/07/2024: Rooms are very small, but adequate. Bathroom is very small. Shower floods easily, and really needs a door. Motion lights in bathroom are a nuisance. No elevator, and narrow spiralling staircase to carry your bags up to your room. Management is very friendly and helpful, but charges too much to hold your bags for you, considering they won't be locked away securely. Great location walkable to restaurants, shopping, and two Metro lines, as well as the Tram. Perfect place for someone travelling light, or for a couple that will be out exploring the city most of the time.
