A small menu, but tried-and-true favorites revisited with touches of local produce—it's truly excellent. The staff is very friendly. It wasn't very busy, so they were able to offer me a gluten-free option; thank you to them for taking the time. Be aware that during peak hours it can be more complicated, so call ahead just in case.

The food was good, even if the fries were frozen (we're from the north, fries are our specialty, so we're definitely more demanding), the burger was nice. However, it's a shame we couldn't pay with ANCV holiday vouchers or restaurant vouchers; our visit will therefore be the only one of our stay.

Thank you for your hospitality two nights in a row! Homemade cuisine and top-notch service. Don't hesitate (it's best to book in season). A lovely, very varied menu, a very friendly team around the chef, and a great atmosphere. The zucchini soup with a scoop of goat cheese ice cream was amazing! The fish and chips with fresh fish were fantastic! The calf's head for €10.40 as the daily special was superb, etc. See you very soon, I hope! Claude and Isabelle

I stumbled upon this little restaurant during the Fête de la Musique, and what a delicious treat! The best burger I've ever had, and the staff and chef were so friendly. Thank you! 😁 We'll definitely be back next time we're in your area.

15/08/2026: An excellent experience at Au Bureau restaurant in Dieulefit! We were greeted by a truly exceptional waitress: very friendly, available, attentive, and always ready to listen. She took the time to advise us with great kindness and professionalism. On her recommendation, I chose the Drôme Burger, and I certainly wasn't disappointed: very tasty, generous, and perfectly prepared! To finish, I had the profiteroles for dessert, which were simply excellent. A real treat from start to finish! The quality of the food was excellent, but the service truly made all the difference. It's so pleasant to be received with such good humor and kindness. A big thank you to our waitress for her smile, her availability, and her very helpful advice! I will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time in Dieulefit. Well done to the whole team, and above all, don't change a thing!
