We had a wonderful time at ARTISANE for my birthday dinner. It was a successful gamble for the chef: a blind tasting menu can be daunting, but her cuisine is precise and delicate. That's the mark of great chefs, when they make us love dishes that, on paper, didn't exactly inspire us, and yet we thoroughly enjoyed every single course, all in a beautifully decorated dining room with very warm service. Thank you for this wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be back soon!
