Incredible, surprising, creative and sensitive cuisine in addition to a warm welcome!

Attention to detail, associations, creativity: each element brings something new, there's nothing superfluous. Bravo!

We had an absolutely exceptional evening at this gourmet restaurant with a cool atmosphere—a welcome change! The dishes were all delicious, not a single disappointment from start to finish... everything was perfectly executed and balanced... and the icing on the cake was the lovely couple who own the restaurant—he's American, she's French. They speak English and French, and we traveled the world together, chatting with them. In short, it was a very pleasant experience! I recommend it 1000%!

We had a wonderful evening. From the moment we arrived in this beautifully decorated and intimate dining room, we were charmed by the warm, friendly, and cheerful welcome. We immediately felt like guests at a friend's house. On the plate, we enjoyed high-quality, fresh, and seasonal ingredients. The dishes, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert, were delicious, delicate, succulent, and remarkably refined. The mastery of cooking was truly evident in each dish. An explosion of flavors for an exceptional culinary journey characterized by elegance, generosity, and boldness. The presentation was magnificent, sublime; veritable works of art on each plate. The wines, excellent vintages from small local producers, all perfectly paired with the dishes, added to this unique gastronomic experience. We had a delightful time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. After our meal, we had the pleasure of chatting with Chef Marina and her husband Brian, who shared their love and passion for cooking with us. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be back very soon with friends. Artisane is, without a doubt, one of the very best restaurants in Montpellier. Thank you for this wonderful evening!

The service was very warm and pleasant. However, we were disappointed with the food: the portions were too small and the dishes didn't seem sufficiently refined considering the €105 price tag for the set menu. Unfortunately, the value for money was disappointing.

We had a wonderful time at ARTISANE for my birthday dinner. It was a successful gamble for the chef: a blind tasting menu can be daunting, but her cuisine is precise and delicate. That's the mark of great chefs, when they make us love dishes that, on paper, didn't exactly inspire us, and yet we thoroughly enjoyed every single course, all in a beautifully decorated dining room with very warm service. Thank you for this wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be back soon!
