We loved everything, the place, the atmosphere, the service which was discreet, friendly and "non-stiff".
The service is very original with all the staff serving according to the dishes! Very good advice.
The sommelier is truly passionate about her job! Very pleasant to listen to. His explanations and advice are very informative.
The dishes are divine! It was our first time in a Michelin-starred restaurant and we have absolutely no regrets. A very beautiful memory that will remain engraved with our children.

21/09/2024: Very good Tex-Mex restaurant. Go and taste the chili and the ribs, it's killer.
Remember to book a lot of people and the room is small with a little luck you will have a place on the terrace with a view of the cathedral!!
14/09/2024: Discovery this evening of a little Mexican nugget in Bourges.
We had the pulled pork burritos cooked in orange. A real explosion of flavors in the mouth. In addition, the waitress is very pleasant.
We recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy good Mexican cuisine.

26/09/2024: Small, simply but harmoniously furnished restaurant with fewer than 16 seats and a small menu with five exceptional dishes. If you choose from the menu (you can choose from 3, 4 or 5 courses), there is a lot more than just a few options. Excellent service.
19/09/2024: Very pleasant surprise at this restaurant where I had the chance to dine.
I think (or hope) that the star is not far away. It would be entirely deserved for this young team which already shows a great mastery of flavors.

11/09/2024: Un ensemble de plats à la carte bons dans l'ensemble; nous avons néanmoins toutes déploré l'accueil, assez glacial. Nous étions un groupe, est-ce pour cela que nous avons eu l'impression de déranger ? Nous avons cependant essayé de rester discrètes, respectant l'ambiance tamisée du lieu. Nous avons, à 23h, clairement eu la sensation d'être mises à la porte. Dommage pour un vendredi soir à Bourges!

Toute était parfait, nous avons mangé sans vouloir connaître le menu c'était sublime.
Je recommande sans aucun soucis.

The place is unusual and warm, the service is attentive and the meal was simply excellent.
Throughout the meal we were able to appreciate the local service while being very attentive but also the sharing of information on seasonal products from local producers.
The cuisine is fine and the cooking was just perfect, all enhanced by a bold selection of wine.
Nothing to say, they are two enthusiasts who do impressive work to amaze us and satisfy our taste buds.
It’s a great discovery as well as a great moment!

17/08/2024: Excellent service, outstanding food; table spacing pleasant for customers. I particularly enjoyed their amuse-bouche, seared tuna starter and apricot with rosemary for dessert. My husband really enjoyed the beef and chocolat based dessert. Slightly disappointed in the monkfish dish but the other dishes made up for it so I highly recommend this restaurant!
Less formal than I remember the place 9 years ago, and actually, more pleasant vibe. We'll definitely be back, hopefully sooner.
