A selection of very original and incredibly generous tartares. Delicious. As for the burgers, I quote my wife: "The best hamburger I've ever eaten!" No need to say more.

I hesitate to share this delightful place where we were warmly welcomed by the hostess, despite the late hour. We were seated near the fireplace and enjoyed the invigorating cuisine of L'Asphodèle, a welcome treat after a sometimes damp walk on the trails of Île aux Moines. Delicious and inventive burgers in a slightly surreal setting. Soft music. We could have stayed overnight; there are rooms available. A dreamy moment on an island.
