A little gem in downtown Rochefort, a superb Japanese-style restaurant using only fresh ingredients! The fish is cut directly onto a cutting board (we only saw the board) brought back from the market! The prices are extremely affordable for the quality! (Whether it's the bento box with sashimi and sushi + gyoza or yakitori skewers at €15-17, the Peking duck at €18, or the stir-fried pork at €15-16) We had a fantastic meal for our money, and it was very filling! Moreover, the appetizers on the menu are truly delicious, the miso soup is high-quality and full of flavor, the salad is refreshing... You can go without hesitation, it's top-notch! 💯
