Great stay! It's all there!
The rooms are very well equipped and the bedding is of excellent quality.
The catering is great, both on the Loofa Bar side and in the hotel's main restaurant.
The beach/thalassotherapy/treatment area is magnificent and lends itself very well to relaxation.
Staff who are always polite, smiling and very friendly (wink to coach Camille).
We will come back for our greatest pleasure!

Really pleasant seaside thalassotherapy center, smiling and welcoming staff. Very beautiful and very good restaurant.
It's a shame that the rooms are not up to par with the rest of the place (split shower tray, creaky bed that moves on its own for example).

The best spa on the island.
Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Staff absolutely lovely, food was delicious, fresh, all local and organic. The spa facilities are also insane! There’s so much to do on the island as well and if you rent a bike at the hotel you can easily get yourself to any place on Île-de-Ré!

A calm and relaxing place.
Very pleasant staff.
Beautiful premium room overlooking the vineyards!
The seawater Thalasso: available on the day of arrival and on departure even after leaving the room is a real luxury.
Really pleasant products available to test: a nice surprise.
A nice break to take and do again to recharge your batteries!
Looking forward to going back as a couple :))

Very warm welcome but very slow service! Hair dryer broken and 1 hour to get another one. Recommendation to reserve physiotherapist table at a restaurant, thing done despite this 1 hour wait for the dish and then announced that it is too late to have a dessert! Lamentable

Table remarquable avec une cuisine très bien organisée et des plats excellents. Possibilité de manger dehors. Service très attentionné et compétent.
