In my opinion, a thalassotherapy stay is not a stay with young children because as a fifty-year-old, we seek rest and calm in order to relieve ourselves of certain ailments and to recharge our batteries.

Last January, I shared a negative opinion regarding my experience with the Sainte-Marie thalassotherapy center: problem with the paid reservation which ultimately could not be honored by their service. I was quickly contacted by the Director and we were able to discuss this mishap together. I was delighted with this exchange and understood that this concern came in particular from the period, since the center is under construction, and that all the staff were not necessarily present to meet my expectations. Subsequently, I was also able to have other telephone exchanges with certain members of the team, which went very well. To date, the problem has been resolved and I will have the pleasure of benefiting from a Thalasso day at the center. I thank the Director and his team for taking the time to contact me to understand my dissatisfaction. I also thank him for the commercial gesture he gave me. This demonstrates real seriousness in the management of the establishment and the interest that management and the rest of the staff have in customer satisfaction.

The marine course is varied at least 15 to 20 different jets, the salty and well-heated water is a delight to complement the sauna and hammam are super good. Breakfast and dinner at Pertuis at the top.

I had a superb stay last summer. Despite my crazy requests, they were very understanding and adapted to me and not the other way around. The places are sublime, the setting incredible. I warmly thank Hélène who was personally involved in my well-being at the hotel. I recommend 100%

Chambre parfaite avec la belle vitrée direct sur le jardin puis la plage... idéal nous qui avons un chien ! De très bons soins, nous avons passé un très bon week-end. Un bémol pour le petit déjeuner... si vous arrivez vers 10h... il manque beaucoup de choses
