Excellent traditional restaurant!
I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good food. The ingredients are high quality, the portions are generous, and the staff is very friendly.
This establishment has enjoyed an excellent reputation for decades, and it's easy to see why.
Thank you to the Vistalli family for the passion you've always put into your dishes.
A word to the wise…
Very good, a place I'd already been to. I found the food—and I mean really, really good—but the gratin dauphinois wasn't as tasty as on previous occasions. There was a bit of tension at the beginning of the service. As for the atmosphere, I can't comment because we ate in the downstairs room as we were a group of 35, and we only went upstairs to pay. But don't forget the frogs' legs and the velonté (a type of Belgian waffle).
After visiting the charming medieval town of Crémieu, we stumbled upon this restaurant, conveniently located on a roundabout with easy parking.
From the moment we were greeted, we knew the meal was going to be delicious!
In a relaxed atmosphere, we thoroughly enjoyed the set menu, starting with the warm goat cheese salad and charcuterie platter for my husband, followed by chicken supreme in cream sauce and a steak with pepper sauce.
After the cheese course, we savored a delicious tarte tatin and a crème brûlée. The coffees were most welcome, as was a good nap when we got home.
We promised ourselves we'd return soon to try their frog leg specialty. Highly recommended!
