What a great find! The different spaces are fantastic (bar, dance floor, reception room, games room) and large enough to accommodate 30 people (15 adults and 15 children in our case). A special mention goes to the authentic bar area, which allowed us to play bartender for the weekend. Both young and old had a great time with the pool table, foosball, and arcade machine. There were even toys for the little ones. We hired a private chef for our birthday party, and he really appreciated the fully equipped professional kitchen. As for the accommodation (13 of us stayed overnight), the rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. We appreciated that each room had its own bathroom. We had a wonderful family weekend. We spent four days as a family in this incredibly welcoming family-run "hotel." Everything is provided for everyone's enjoyment, from the bar to the foosball table, from the kitchen to the ping-pong table. What more can I say? Oh yes, the bedding is excellent!

We had a wonderful birthday weekend at L’Escale. The place is marvelous, very original, with all the necessary amenities and comforts. Thibault is responsive and available, doing his utmost to meet all our requests. The rooms with private bathrooms are a real bonus!

We had a fantastic weekend at L’Escale! This place is perfect for a large group. The living areas are spacious, and the bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own bathroom. This former bar/restaurant, which has been preserved in its original state, allows for very convivial moments together, whether around the bar or at a table in the dining room. There were 14 of us, and we all loved it! Communication with Thibault was easy and very pleasant. He was also very accommodating with the schedule! A huge thank you for this wonderful place where we all felt so at home!

We spent an exceptional family weekend in this cottage, perfectly suited to large groups (20 people in our case). The common areas are incredible: a large room with enough space to set a table for everyone, a dance area, and a lounge with an authentic bar that everyone loved, especially the men. We had many moments of sharing thanks to the pool table, foosball, ping-pong table, and games for the little ones. The bedrooms are fabulous, brand new, each equipped with its own shower and toilet, a real plus for everyone's comfort. We have wonderful memories of this stay and want to experience it again. We recommend this place 10,000%. And a big thank you to the owner and the person who manages it for their kindness, availability, and flexibility.

We booked the cottage at the end of September for 15-20 people from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, and we were not disappointed! Clear explanations from the host and the people on site to manage the (numerous) equipment: professional kitchen, pizza oven, beer tap, hi-fi amplifier... The cottage is well laid out with on one side the bar, sofas, dance area; dining room more than enough for 20 people, with billiards and table football; and the bedrooms upstairs, refurbished. We had a very good weekend, people went for walks in the forest, others went to visit the surroundings... Price that suited everyone, cottage rather well located with the Loupe train station connecting Chartres then Paris. Very cordial exchanges with the host throughout the reservation, with debrief at the end of the journey. We were well advised, and we will perhaps come back next year!

A very pleasant family stay in this old hotel. Modern, clean and spacious rooms, a beautiful dining room with a very well-equipped kitchen. Not to mention the bar, which offers a great experience.
