We were greeted by the owner (who also served) with music, as he was playing guitar at a table and was very friendly. We were given our choice of table. We opted for the tasting menu, and the owner suggested dishes after asking us about our preferences. The meal was excellent from start to finish! Let yourself be guided, and you won't be disappointed. Special mention goes to the soup offered at the beginning of the meal. I usually skip it, but I'm so glad I accepted it because it was the best soup I've ever had in a restaurant; it was perfectly seasoned, bursting with flavor...a real treat!

Still as unique as ever. New flavors and textures in every dish. For a truly unique experience, choose the tasting menu with a dish to share. The two brothers are likely retiring at the end of 2026, so it would be a shame to miss it. Highly recommended.

01/05/2026: A fantastic discovery! Everything was excellent from start to finish. Special mention for the pork cooked two ways, the sautéed cabbage, and the sautéed pork with Peking sauce—truly delicious and expertly prepared dishes. A place to remember in Bordeaux 👍

23/05/2026: The food was very tasty and delicious, the portions were quite generous, the dining room was air-conditioned, the atmosphere calm and pleasant, the value for money excellent, and the service very good!
