You must arrive promptly at 8:00 PM, and from then on, you will discover original and delicious dishes. The show can begin; your taste buds and memory will be tested, as it is very rare for a restaurant of this caliber to surprise you with such a variety of flavors and textures. You'll only want to return with a new menu. The menu is unique, changing monthly, and consists of seven courses. Enjoy it with glasses of wine. Champagne is served upon arrival, and a cocktail is offered with one of the desserts. Truly exceptional. You must experience this chef and his wife, who share their concept with such warmth and passion.

A truly original and exceptional evening: incredible dishes prepared by Chef Anthony, a festive atmosphere thanks to Isabelle, surprises and little games throughout the evening. 21/07/2026: WOW. Run don’t walk. They opened at noon on our last day in Bordeaux and we stopped by on the way out of town. By 12:30 there was a line out the door. WORTH THE WAIT! We bought six different flavors. So delicious, great ingredients and flavor combos, crispy and light, not dense. I’m gluten free and because they ferment their dough for so long I had no issues and didn’t feel full after two pieces. No seating, just grab and go, perfect for a picnic. To the owners and chefs: thank you for this delicious food and for being so kind to us!

09/08/2026: As former regulars at Cohé and fans of Mr. Angelaud's cuisine, it had been two years since our last visit, as we no longer live in the area. We started by going to L'Echo, the wine bar, where the service was impeccable and the waiters were very friendly. Then we went down to Cohé for dinner. The atmosphere is intimate, and the tables are spaced far apart, providing the kind of privacy we appreciate. The service is, as always, perfect; everything is there: the descriptions of the dishes, the service, the friendliness, and the professionalism. The dishes are beautifully presented, balanced, and delicious. It's gourmet, but just the right amount. Bravo to Maison Angelaud! A must-visit restaurant in Pessac. We will return as soon as we have the opportunity.

22/08/2026: Passing through for a wedding, we stumbled upon this lovely spot nestled in a small village. The restaurant is a very cozy village house with a beautiful terrace offering stunning views overlooking the vineyards. We were welcomed with appetizers to enjoy with our aperitif on the terrace. The menu offers a high-quality selection; it's definitely a semi-gastronomic restaurant, and they offer set menus. Upon arrival, the dishes arrived, and everything was perfect: the presentation and the flavors lived up to expectations. The service was impeccable. A restaurant in this somewhat secluded location is well worth the detour. A big thank you for the warm welcome and the wonderful cuisine; we had a truly delightful experience. Recommendation: make a reservation.

22/08/2026: We had a great evening fantastic atmosphere and great wine and food. Different menues to choose from. All nicely prepared. Perfect setting with sunset view. Also inside nice rooms. One would not really find it if not recommended. Very friendl service. We would have gone a second time the next day but it's closed unfortunately

The service is top-notch, the managers are attentive and take great care of their customers, and above all, they're always smiling! The ribeye and steak were cooked to perfection! And the homemade fries were simply divine! We had a lovely time under the arcades! The desserts are also excellent! We wish you a wonderful summer season and we'll be back!
