I recommend this pizzeria 100%. Everything is homemade and delicious! I ate a pizza cooked over a wood fire with real pieces of Roquefort cheese (very rare), well garnished and excellent. Thank you Chef and thank you Serge for your kindness and speed of service.

Le boucanier is a real pizzeria in all simplicity The fine wood-fired pizzas are a marvel. The succulent grills, the very friendly service, the authentic decor and the homemade desserts. A very good time 🤤🤤👏👏👏👏

Honestly, nothing to complain about, extremely quality service with little jokes to relax the place. The pizzas are super thin crust, very very very good. We feel that the pizza topping is fresh, that it is not a frozen product. The chef is really thorough in what he does. I recommend with your eyes closed to eat in a restaurant to eat good food and not eat for the sake of eating like with a 45 meat tacos.

10/06/2024: A restaurant with a pretty decoration, an extremely warm welcome. The dishes and pizzas are excellent, the owners are super friendly, the children loved it. The pizza dough is really good and the pizzas are well topped!! Homemade desserts are just as good I recommend this restaurant to people who want to travel straight to Italy!! We will come back with pleasure 😁

12/06/2024: What more can I say than worthy of a 5 star, from the pizza maker to the boss the whole team is at the top and makes you want to come back very quickly. A family restaurant with a big heart, smile, welcome and little care. Very good recruitment and a big special up to the boss's daughter ❤️ her future is all mapped out :) A big thank you from the people of Toulouse 😉 The welcome is the basis and you have understood everything! well done.
09/06/2024: 2nd time in 12 months. Team always smiling and efficient. I'm reconciled with salads: usually hungry, here they are copious, good and nicely dressed. Sea salad with its large tile reminiscent of a sail and a wide variety of raw or cooked products, crunchy or not.... Very good. Really.
