But beyond the visual appeal, it was above all the excellence of the flavors that deeply moved me. I was moved to tears by how delicious everything was. Refined, generous, and perfectly executed cuisine, where every detail seems to have been considered with passion. From the amuse-bouche to the appetizer, from the main course to the dessert, everything was exceptional. And I really want to highlight the coffee and the accompanying biscuit, because it's rare enough to be worth mentioning: even the coffee and biscuit were excellent! ☕️ And to conclude this magnificent experience, the digestif, which perfectly capped off the meal. 10/09/2026: We had a delicious meal on the not-too-large terrace. On the first evening, we ordered the ‘assiete de partage’. A variety of tasty dishes to share. After two evenings, we decided to go back after all. We had ‘salade de poulpes’, which was a surprise. We have never eaten squid like this before! And just to be sure, the ‘rougail saucisses’. What an amazing sauce!

05/09/2026: A luxurious establishment with tasteful French touches and an almost Italian charm. Everything is beautiful, green, and natural. We stayed in a very well-designed suite. The setting is very natural, and the cuisine is exquisite, especially the pastries. Ideal for oyster lovers. If you can afford it... you must treat yourself to this enchanting escape. One small drawback: chronic understaffing of servers. Too much turnover?

Everything was perfect: the couscous was excellent and very fragrant, the pastilla was fresh and delicious, the brik pastries were light and flavorful, the cakes were just the right amount of sweet, and the mint tea was wonderful. The welcome from the owner and her daughter, Eya, was very warm and efficient. They also offer takeout. Coming from Sanary, I highly recommend this restaurant (located on one of the village squares with outdoor seating) for a truly enjoyable experience.
