01/02/2026: Everything we knew and loved in Tahiti was there: delicious food, a very warm atmosphere, and local Polynesian music. We had the chicken chow mein... fabulous, a very generous portion. Our 2 1/2-year-old daughter ate the chicken nuggets and fries, which she thoroughly enjoyed, and for dessert, a chocolate fondant. For us, a perfectly balanced and delicious mai tai as an aperitif had already set the mood. The service was impeccable, and the decor was perfectly in keeping with the theme. We headed to Giens, a place seemingly untouched by time 🏝️. And we absolutely loved the signature menu lovingly prepared by Chef Cedric Gola! 🙏🏻 Thank you for your hard work, your talent, and to the lovely head waitress, Cindy. I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy delicious food and a warm welcome; a place of respect, attentiveness, and simplicity. The photos speak for themselves. 06/02/2026: The charm works its magic as soon as you step into this restaurant. The decor is elaborate, a bit rococo, but stylish. The owner reminds me of my grandfather, a member of the old French nobility—very elegant. This gentleman is kind and welcoming, as is his competent and highly professional staff. The chef takes great care in creating wonderful and excellent dishes; the presentation on the plates is, if one can say so, graceful, inviting the diner to eat with gusto. The ingredients are of the highest quality. I highly recommend coming to share a meal with family or friends. Reservations are essential, as this restaurant is very popular.
