Located near the old town, this restaurant is set back from the road, allowing you to dine on the terrace without the noise of traffic. The meal was generous and served quickly, with high-quality ingredients for a brasserie. The waiter was helpful and friendly, making for a pleasant experience. It will be a pleasure to return.

Great location inside, the outside is so-so, for the food, the appetizer was onion rings, the calamari rings weren't crispy, and the Caesar salad dressing was more like a yogurt sauce.

Perfect! Nothing to complain about... Except perhaps the welcome we received upon arrival from a surprisingly disgruntled waitress because we preferred to sit inside rather than on the terrace...

We had an excellent time at Au Bureau. The welcome was warm and friendly, Fadila and her team were very attentive and responsive to our needs, and the meal was good value for money. Everything was perfect.

Visited this chain restaurant during a business trip. The website and the La Bonne App indicated opening at 11:00 AM. Arriving at 11:30 AM, the door was wide open, but the welcome was very cold. We were offered a table without much enthusiasm. I completely understand that the staff was on their lunch break, but in that case, it would be good to review the hours and open at 1:45 AM, like other franchisees. The person who greeted us was the same one who took our order, so we were left with the same impression as at the initial welcome. Another drawback: when I finished my beer, I noticed it was cracked... I didn't mention it to avoid further negativeizing the experience, but I find it unprofessional. Also, we were given menus, but only one was taken when we ordered; we had to ask another employee to take it. The food and decor were in line with the franchise's standards. This is the first time I've been disappointed by a franchise on this channel.

Excellent experience, very pleasant waitress, superb service, and a generous and delicious meal! It was my first time there, and a wonderful discovery! I highly recommend this place. Excellent value for money, around €45 for two people, including a main course and dessert each! 💰
