Despite an incident involving a waitress who was likely inexperienced, management immediately offered a solution that addressed the seriousness of the situation, and I commend them for that with this rating. Furthermore, the rest of the service was satisfactory, and the food met our expectations. Contrary to the negative reviews, we were served very quickly. It's a shame about the online billing, though. These QR code issues are a nightmare in 2026.

It's always a pleasure to go there, whether for a drink or a meal. The decor is very nice, and the servers are attentive. If you eat there, the Welsh rarebit is divine.

19/02/2026: A wonderful discovery opposite Rouen train station! The restaurant team gave us a warm welcome. The elegant decor adds a lot of charm to the place. The service was excellent, and the waiters were very attentive. I highly recommend this brasserie, worthy of the great Parisian brasseries, but right here in Normandy! The dishes were of very good quality and plentiful, perfect for those who prefer classic brasserie fare. But the fish is also excellent and beautifully presented. I recommend this restaurant if you're passing through Rouen, and I'm looking forward to trying the bar soon for a jazz evening 😉
