Inventive and high-quality cuisine, impeccable service. A delightful surprise. The Calvados soufflé is an absolute triumph.

The place is truly beautiful and the service impeccable. We were served by a blonde waitress with her hair up, very kind, helpful, and even good at making recommendations. I needed a vegetarian dish and wanted French fries, and she went out of her way to find the perfect combination. Very good and super nice. The only thing we have to point out is that, if you're Italian, it's best not to order the rice. The seasoning is good, but the rice wasn't cooked properly. However, the peach and stracciatella dish was delicious (photo), and the crème brûlée was delicious (photo).

We had the pleasure of discovering duck à la Rouennaise… what can I say except that it was delicious! Everything was prepared right in front of us, a real spectacle. Special thanks to our master duck chef and his sense of humor… (a bit of a mechanic at heart 🤭). We had a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it!

The duck and kidneys were excellent. The steak and fries were a good quality option on the children's menu. My daughter loved the "gold" cutlery! Thank you to the team.

I really appreciate this place, which I've known for decades! It's a shame the demonstration of the Rouen-style duck for a group wasn't more discreet! It was like a carpet salesman! Please be more discreet!

24/09/2026: We're never disappointed when we go to Gill's bistro! The dishes are beautifully presented and delicious. You can taste the freshness of the food every time. The servers are very friendly, don't change a thing! We'll definitely be back.
20/09/2026: At Gill Bistro, the cuisine is refined. The service is perfect and quick. The prices are a bit high, but it's still worth the trip. I recommend it.

Auberge Saint Maclou

21/09/2026: We had a lovely evening. The service was a little slow. The restaurant's decor is very pretty. The food is good. The amuse-bouche was excellent. The starter was good but nothing extraordinary. The fish and its sauce were very good. My partner loved the French toast dessert. It was a pleasant evening.
17/09/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Auberge Saint Maclou... the atmosphere is warm and welcoming... and the food is excellent... don't hesitate to book your table...
