The room and atmosphere were fantastic, the service was very pleasant with attentive staff, and the meals were delicious. A must-visit if you're in Gérardmer, as it's located right next door.

A varied menu, all of excellent quality, plus top-notch service thanks to Jean-Philippe's kindness and Esteban's humor. We went twice during our stay and were never disappointed. We'll definitely be back on our next trip and are looking forward to enjoying the mirabelle plum liqueur we were offered.

It's a nice restaurant. The fondues and pizzas are good. However, the blueberry tart was overcooked. Another drawback is that it's a shame the daily special isn't offered during the holidays. Unless I'm mistaken, this wasn't mentioned anywhere.

We ate there twice, once in the evening and once at lunchtime. The dishes were delicious and of high quality. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Special mention to Esteban for his incredible service (we need more waiters like you all over France!). We will gladly return during our next vacation ❤️ and you can count on me to tell everyone about your charming restaurant.

06/09/2024: Very good meal. The Munster almshouse was very good. The shank was also very well cooked. Maybe missing more vegetables, like green beans.
03/09/2024: Short stay at Tholy for our wedding anniversary. I looked at the reviews before booking and it exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect, the welcome, the service and the food, what a delight. For my part, I had a veal steak with blueberry sauce, and my husband had a piece of beef. We recount all the compliments we were able to give to the boss. A most deserving and very courageous couple. If you have the opportunity to pass by there, the detour is well worth it.
