Raphaël has an innate talent for enhancing each ingredient. The presentations are simple, neat, and unfussy… but what flavors! Each bite is a perfect balance between authenticity and refinement. The portions are generous: you leave satisfied, happy, and won over. The recommended wine paired the meat perfectly—a beautiful harmony from start to finish.
