A hidden gem: the food is fantastic, everything perfectly prepared, the beef fillet cooked to perfection, exactly as ordered. The service is efficient, trilingual, and child-friendly. We were very satisfied and are glad we discovered it through the previous review.

Fantastic food made with ingredients from the restaurant's own garden, very friendly service, great selection of dishes, lovely atmosphere, spotlessly clean restrooms, the dishes are beautifully presented and of excellent quality. I would recommend a visit to everyone.

Hello everyone. Just wanted to let you know that we went to the Cheval Blanc restaurant in Kiffis. First, the staff are very kind and welcoming. Second, I highly recommend it. Why? Because they use fresh ingredients, for example, the beef was incredibly tender with its delicious pepper sauce. I had the veal escalope with Munster cheese... how can I describe it... it was absolutely divine: the meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the Munster cheese was perfectly runny (with homemade vegetables and dumplings). All this in a typical restaurant of our region, situated in a beautiful setting for those who love the Alsatian landscape. So, I really recommend it. Go and discover it for yourselves, and I assure you that you won't be disappointed. Have a lovely evening, everyone.

Having arrived by post bus from Laufen, I explored the French village of Kiffis on foot. After a coffee, I managed to capture some interesting photos. A few cyclists were out and about, but otherwise, the road was practically deserted. Anyone seeking peace and quiet will certainly find it here. Since the next post bus wasn't for another five hours, I walked to Ederswiler (Jura) in about an hour.
