Au Coq en Velours sur Aoste

Mixed opinion. The meat is delicious, the sauces are creamy. Nice choice of bottles, but lack of good advice to guide our choice. Damage 1: visibly frozen children's dish. Why shouldn't they be entitled to the same quality/freshness as adults? At least we could offer them mash or gratin instead of fries... Damage 2: the taste of the praline tart is too muted by the strawberry coulis at the bottom of the plate. Too bad 3: we were forgotten at the end of the service, we were not offered coffee or digestives. In short, for these prices, we would expect a little more smiles, advice, little touches...

1st experience in this restaurant -Excellent truffle tagliatelle - Brazier prime rib with new potatoes and delicious salad. We were less fans of desserts but we prefer savory 😉 so you have to go there to taste 😉

Very friendly atmosphere, very good food! However, in terms of the wait to be seated at the table was disastrous, 30 minutes of waiting to be seated when we had an appointment, in a so-called “high standard” restaurant is unacceptable…

The restaurant worthy of the name that was missing in Saint Genix sur Guiers. Warm welcome, nice atmosphere with background music. The dishes are delicious, The setting is magnificent. I highly recommend. We will come back without any hesitation 👍👍

Mixed We enjoyed the meat and especially the pâtés (they don't make it 😁). The wines are very expensive, glass of champagne too. We are more doubtful about the decoration of the room, with spotlights 🫠. The music is way too loud it's very, very noisy. The service is polite, without a smile and without warmth... We have to come back early or in summer outside....
