Very expensive for meat that was frankly not exceptional. The side dish was very good, but you'd better eat it in 3 minutes because it gets cold very quickly. Very noisy atmosphere. The outside must be really nice when it's in peak season. Friendly service.

A truly wonderful experience at Brasserie des Sports in Aosta. The service is simply remarkable, elegant, and refined, worthy of dining on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower—minus Céline Dion, but with Cassandra. As for the food, it lives up to everything regulars rave about in their reviews: generous, beautifully presented dishes, with special mention for the quality of the ingredients and the masterful cooking techniques. The menu remains true to authentic, flavorful, and efficient brasserie cuisine, where every plate arrives hot, carefully prepared, and bursting with taste. The value for money is also frequently praised, making the experience even more enjoyable. Cassandra, for her part, brings a unique touch to the whole experience: a subtle charm, an unexpected blend of Brigitte Bardot and Grace Kelly. Natural presence, a genuine smile, impeccable professionalism… she illuminates the service. One can't help but think that an artistic career might well await her, perhaps even after attending the Cours Florent drama school. In the meantime, it's a real pleasure to cross paths with him in this welcoming place. A highly recommended address, both for the quality of the food and for the warm, personal experience.

Beautiful dining room, friendly and efficient staff, but the background music was far too loud. The starters were excellent; it's a shame the velvet rooster was served barely lukewarm despite being sent back to the kitchen to be reheated. The wine prices seemed inflated to me.

The setting is very pretty, and the meat is excellent (see photos of pork pumas and Angus hanger steak).
