Very nice hotel, clean and family friendly ! My kids loved the marvel and superheroes decor and the teddy bears everywhere. And there are little gifts for the kids too. The staff is helpful and nice. There is an underground parking with good prices you should check your parking ticket at the reception of the hotel so you can get a discount. But the location of the hotel is not that good, there is a road rehabilitation and a big working site! And the neighborhood is not that good.

Ottimo Hotel, non proprio centrale ma raggiungibile tranquillamente con i mezzi pubblici. Ha molto riferimenti a tema marvel al suo interno il che per un'appassionata come me è fantastico. La camera era davvero bellissima, spaziosa e con un letto morbido e comodo, il servizio sia di pulizia che di reception ottimo, davvero. Ci tornerei volentieri

Buon hotel peccato per la posizione periferica e la presenza nei dintorni di drogati e barboni. Con i bambini non abbiamo usato mai la metro per arrivare nel centro di Parigi, perché abbastanza pericoloso

Ottimo hotel, purtroppo però la sua posizione lo penalizza moltissimo, perché nonostante sia vicino alla metro, la zona è abbastanza malfamata e pericolosa, soprattutto di notte. I lavori proprio difronte hotel peggiorano la situazione, al punto che ogni volta per spostarsi in centro bisogna necessariamente prendere Uber o Taxi.

Hotel is safe, but a nightmare to get to, due to all the paris road upgrades being done for the olympics. They were resurfacing the road outside the hotel on the day we left. Lots of heavy machinery actually shaking the hotel. Underground car park with lifts up to hotel, €20 approx per 24 hours, but each time you leave the car park you need to pay for time used. No room service / restaurants, breakfast buffet ok. Rooms have wifi and microwave, fridges. Only bbc world in english on tv. There is a very large homeless refugee population in the area, 99% of which are fine. However quite a few seem to have drug problems and will shout and scream at you. Many beggars stopping cars, trying to clean your windscreen, begging for cigarettes/ money. Some holding babies. No shops / restaurants nearby. There is a mcdonalds style mobile order kiosk in reception that lets you order takeaways from 5-6 local takeaways, pizza was actually ok. I would pay extra to stay nearer paris centre next time. Staff friendly & polite, speak excellent English. Room was clean, and has 2 windows ensuring no traffic noise at night.

Sull hotel nulla da dire mi sono trovato molto bene sia con il personale sia con le colazioni molto buone e variegate i problemi sono quando si esce fuori.....zona da evitare piena di tossici,barboni gentaglia di ogni genere si bucano in mezzo alla strada. Per andare alla fermata della metropolitana (porta della chapelle) bisogna passare in mezzo a tutta questa gente che staziona sotto il cavalcavia e vi assicuro che i miei figli avevano molta paura specialmente al rientro la sera

Hôtel avec chambre propres, spacieuses et personnel accueillant et agréables. Cependant le quartier n'est pas adapté et on s'y sent en insécurité même si nous n'avons pas été importuné. Le petit déjeuner est à 19 euros et gratuit pour les moins de 18 ans cependant salle très petite et impossible de petit déjeuner correctement avec le monde et le manque de civisme de certains clients. Dommage.

Difficoltà ad arrivare per i lavori in corso, tre ore a girare per cercare di arrivare al hotel. Se avessero avvertito prima circa il cambio di indirizzo, avremmo evitato 3 lunghe ore di giri in macchina.
