Excellent restaurant located opposite the church in Pernes-les-Fontaines. A couple of restaurateurs dedicated to their customers, offering exceptional kindness and, above all, great professionalism. He's in the kitchen, she's in the dining room. Reservations are recommended; the regular clientele is a testament to the quality of the food and wines. A set menu with a good selection is available for €55. Excellent value for money, as the quality ingredients are evident and perfectly prepared. Congratulations to them both.

What a delightful evening of food and wine we experienced here. The restaurant space is inviting, our server was knowledgeable and the food was exceptional.

During our vacation, we visited Au Fil du Temps twice, as we were very impressed with the value for money and the charming service the first time. You do have to allow yourself a bit of time, but the wait between courses was never unreasonably long, and the composition of the individual courses was outstanding. The individual ingredients were quite down-to-earth, but the way they were prepared, harmoniously combined, or created exciting contrasts was surprising and more than successful each time. We were not disappointed on our second visit and can highly recommend the restaurant. It's probably not suitable for a visit with small children, and you should already be prepared to try something new, as the menu is very small, although it changes from week to week.
