I've rarely eaten such good pizza as at this restaurant. Simply delicious. But a word of advice: book in the summer because it gets very busy.

This is our umpteenth visit to this pizzeria, and the staff is friendly, the dishes and pizzas are delicious, and the rainbow sundae with whipped cream is to die for. I also recommend the Vellave sundae. Thank you to the staff.

I found this restaurant very good, with excellent value for money, and the service was also very friendly. I recommend the duck leg with tagliatelle and porcini mushroom sauce – excellent. Good restaurant.

THE BEST!!!! Saturday evening for 6 people, no reservations. The owner and his staff were super friendly, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the atmosphere was great. I'll definitely keep this place and recommend it if I'm passing through!

If you're unsure about which restaurant to choose, choose the other one. The pizzas have no flavor, too much bland cheese, way too much tomato puree, and the dough is soggy; in short, it wasn't good.

We arrived without a reservation and they found us a table! Great welcome, efficient service. Good products! Just the reservation on the non-homemade pizza base! But the topping (local cheese) is great! A nice menu, omelet, salad 🥗….. so you can go there

18/04/2026: A quiet establishment (whose rooms will be renovated soon but are currently clean) with impeccable service. As the kitchen is closed during the off-season, the family-run pizzeria offers quality meals.
14/04/2026: Hotel at the foot of the abbey. Comfortable room and good breakfast. The manager is pleasant.

22/04/2026: Booked online. We were the only ones there this Saturday evening. The facade isn't inviting, but once you step inside, everything is excellent. Atmosphere, decor, friendly owner, and quality of the food! In short, a place not to be missed!
19/04/2026: An unusual spot, tucked away in a small alley in La Chaise-Dieu, where we had the pleasure of enjoying a dish we don't usually take the time to cook at home: sweetbreads with mushrooms, or pig's trotters on a potato gratin. You can feel the love and passion for cooking. Take the time, go for it! Perhaps even consider making a reservation.
