Au Gai Soleil du Mont Aiguille sur Chichilianne

After a hike, the entire Gai Soleil team made us very welcome and helped us settle into our room. A place where you can recharge your batteries in peace, a good atmosphere and lots of humor. The dishes prepared with local products by the cook are a real treat and very generous. The icing on the cake: a beauty salon with a spa to relax in, a very welcoming and clean space. Honestly, we had a great time and are ready to go back on our next hike in the area, which is magnificent. It’s worth the detour and we recommend it.

My opinion only concerns the restaurant, we had lunch there at the end of the hike/trek and had a very pleasant time there. We ate very well, with the possibility of tasting local products, or taking the daily menu option, with good various dishes. Good local beers, a pretty terrace, a very pleasant welcome, in short I recommend 😊

Friendly welcome, but the cuisine remains unappealing (four meals, two consecutive evenings in August) compared to what the menu advertises. Disappointment in the quality/price ratio.

My partner and I organized our PACS party (like a small wedding) at Gai Soleil. Everything was perfect, the park is large and offers a magnificent view, the terrace is pleasant, the indoor room welcomed our 65 guests during the meal, which was excellent. The owners and staff at Gai Soleil were accommodating, helpful, and just generally lovely. The total price for organizing such an event was much lower than the other places we had identified, despite the incredible quality. Everything went wonderfully. A big thank you, we couldn't have asked for better! It is certain that we will come back, as lovers, to enjoy all that the area has to offer.
