Au Moulin Doré sur Bayeux

Friendly staff, sandwiches ready early in the morning. Real desserts with real pastry cream, and the bread is good. In short, I highly recommend it. See you soon!

There are plenty of nice bakeries in Bayeux but this was my fave for La Festive and friendly service.

Stopped by Au Moulin Doré and absolutely loved it. I picked up some mini quiches Lorraine for a road trip — they were amazing and I immediately regretted not buying more after I had my first bite. The macarons were also excellent, and the pain au chocolat was just as good. The staff were friendly, service was quick, and it was a big plus that they were open on a Sunday. Overall, a fantastic stop — highly recommended if you’re in Bayeux.
