We're regulars, but friendliness and smiles vary depending on the employee, which is a shame. We're also disappointed that the Italian ice cream machine is often "out of order," not turned on, or cleaned too early, well before closing time, because the ice cream is delicious. Generally, we don't buy the other products because they're too expensive.
