Super restaurant. The best place I've eaten in a year in France!! Congratulations

Review of the restaurant only. An experience that did not live up to our expectations. The setting is very pretty, the restaurant itself is beautiful and minimalist. The service was average. The meal was generally acceptable but far from living up to the setting. Foie gras served with a Harris-style white bread… Not very professional for a restaurant, or perhaps a sign of poor quality. The cordon bleu was very average, not bad, to say the least. In short, the prices are in line with the quality of the menu, but the overall experience doesn't match the setting, which is quite nice.

Having dined at this establishment several times, I've never been disappointed. The waitstaff are very welcoming and professional. The meal is always excellent, right down to dessert. Truly nothing to complain about, just pure bliss. We'll be back with great pleasure! 😉

5 stars – Addictive! A restaurant where you feel at home as soon as you walk in. The food is delicious, and the service, led by Nora, is exemplary. I eat there more often than at home.

The food was excellent, from appetizer to dessert. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The waitress, who was pregnant, was very distant from beginning to end: no greeting, no interaction when taking our order (she simply stood next to us with her notepad without asking if we had a choice or anything like that), not a smile throughout the entire meal, and a barely audible goodbye after we paid. Perhaps she was just having an off day, as we all do, but customers shouldn't be able to sense that. I can't wait for her maternity leave! For her sake and for the restaurant's.

We only tried the restaurant using the gourmet pass. We were delighted to be able to use it on a Sunday at lunchtime. 🙂 The dining room is warm and inviting, with wood accents and beautiful draperies. The presentation of the dishes was lovely, and the food was delicious. I only ordered the suggestions from the autumn menu. For a starter, the butternut squash velouté with scallops was a delightful discovery. The velouté was delicious 😋 The beef tournedos rosini was simply melt-in-your-mouth tender. The pistachio cream with a chocolate crumble was an interesting combination of flavor and texture. Despite the crowd, it was still possible to have a quiet conversation. The only slight drawback was the sometimes rushed service when clearing the table and a young waitress who was a bit abrupt. But you have to accept differences 😉

We had a wonderful weekend. The staff at this hotel are magnificent people, always attentive and caring. From reception to the housekeeper and the dining room staff, everyone was incredibly kind. Thank you so much! We were on a full-board plan, and I highly recommend it because we were truly spoiled. Every dish was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a reservation for New Year's Eve, but unfortunately one of our children fell ill. The restaurant owner called us back and kindly refunded us. We thank him for his understanding and will gladly return to your restaurant when possible.

We came several times during our week-long vacation... The food was delicious, the welcome was fantastic, and the servers were lovely. We recommend it 200%! It's our favorite restaurant in all of Alsace!

Back from a perfect weekend of Christmas market hopping. A wonderful experience at this marvelous hotel. Everything was perfect, and we want to thank the exceptionally kind staff and the impeccably clean hotel. A huge thank you again for the warm welcome, so rare these days.
