Au Petit Bariga sur Bergheim

We came at lunchtime with our dog (who was very well received and even offered a bowl of water!). The service was pleasant and excellent. The meals were good and plentiful. The price reflects the quality and quantity. The decor is lovely, and the space is well laid out.

The service is pleasant, the terrace comfortable in summer, and the tarte flambée is good, but I didn't understand why we couldn't order tarte flambée "to follow." I traveled 5,000 km from Canada to see my friends, and the kitchen refused to allow this principle, which is so universal in Alsace. Everyone has to order their tarte flambée at the beginning of the meal. It's also stated rather insistently that each customer must pay for one dish, as if we were going to leave with one tarte flambée to be shared among four. This detracts from Alsatian hospitality. It's a shame, especially for someone like me, an Alsatian living in Montreal, who promotes my native region.

The food is barely decent, and you have to order a separate dish for each person, even if they're children. Definitely weird.

Very warm atmosphere, excellent food, everything is perfect, nothing to complain about.

Nice restaurant, friendly staff, willing to understand our Italian-French dialect 😉, typical local menu, don't miss the tarte flambée, jambonnaise grille with Munster cheese. Everything very good, recommended.

A fantastic place in Bergheim! The setting is lovely and the atmosphere is friendly. Special mention goes to the ribeye steak, which was absolutely delicious! It was cooked to perfection, tender, and beautifully marbled. I also think you can order the rib steak without hesitation; it must be just as good! The burgers were also very tasty and original. The manager was very pleasant, and the service was quite fast. I highly recommend it!
