A spectacle as captivating as it is mouthwatering. As for the food, it's simply exceptional. The rack of lamb is, without exaggeration, the best I've ever eaten, and I mean it. The meats are prepared with remarkable precision, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and enhanced by the accompaniments. You can feel a mastery and respect for the ingredients worthy of the very best restaurants. And what can I say about the desserts… They are on par with the rest: refined, balanced, with delicate flavor combinations that prolong the pleasure until the very last bite. You feel incredibly at ease in this place. It's the kind of place where time stands still, where you want to linger a little longer, just to soak up the atmosphere and this special moment. A meal by the fireplace… our host, the chef, cooks over an open flame in the fireplace that stands proudly in the dining room… a sommelier guides you effortlessly; you can tell they're not trying to upsell you on the most expensive bottle, but rather offering genuine advice… the food is excellent… we share the meal with the chef, the owner, who enjoys chatting with his customers… he spoiled me with his cheese platter… increasingly rare, but so appreciated… not a single flaw! We'll be back!!!!
