A lovely, quiet restaurant with delicious food at a good price. We had a stone-baked pizza, which was generously topped and served very quickly. Pleasant atmosphere. Choose between a large, air-conditioned interior or a terrace. Takeaway is also available. Reservations weren't necessary during the French off-season.

Excellent service. We came for Mother's Day, and despite the restaurant being full, we had a very good meal! I highly recommend it.

Great atmosphere, it feels like you're on vacation... The pizzas are amazing! And I highly recommend the curried mussels!!! The service is efficient and, above all, charming. I recommend it without hesitation!

We discovered this restaurant by chance. We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious meal. One of us ordered the beef tartare to prepare ourselves, while the other ordered a rare ribeye steak, cooked to perfection – kudos to the chef, as this isn't always the case elsewhere. The meat was of very high quality. It was served with fries and a green salad. Ice cream sundaes were offered for dessert. The portions were generous. We appreciated the quality of the food, the air-conditioned dining room, and the service – neither too slow nor too fast, perfect for a holiday. We will be back!

We've been there several times now, and as usual, we had a wonderful meal. My personal favorite is the gratinéed Reblochon cheese with charcuterie—it's simply excellent. 😋 The service is perfect, both from the owner and the waitress. Of course, I highly recommend it, so there are no excuses not to stop by "La Bonne Excuse" and enjoy a delicious meal in a very pleasant setting. 😁

We came to eat as a family. All our dishes were very good except for the ribeye steak, which was full of gristle (only half was edible). We mentioned this at the end of the meal and when we paid. No compensation was offered. The staff was pleasant. The wait was reasonable despite the restaurant being quite full. The dining room is nicely decorated but very noisy.

I loved my first experience with wood-fired lamb chops! Beautiful location, thank you to the amazing team, ladies!
