Au Pré de Meyssiez sur Meyssiez

We hired Au P’tit Ampuisais to handle all the catering for the 2026 Trade Show for Managers, over two days: lunch trays for exhibitors (80 meals over the two days), food truck service on the plaza, and catering for our VIP evening with 120 guests. And frankly, what a job! Jérémie and his team were fantastic from start to finish: professional, responsive, available, and always smiling, despite a particularly demanding schedule. Special mention goes to the food truck: when a truck breakdown could have seriously complicated things, Jérémie immediately found a replacement solution by bringing his own equipment and a marquee to ensure the service went ahead as planned. This is exactly the kind of responsiveness and adaptability you expect when entrusting the catering for a professional event. Whether it was for the meal trays, the food truck, or the VIP evening, everything was managed with great professionalism and efficiency, and the quality was consistently excellent. A huge thank you to Jérémie and his entire team for their dedication and commitment over these two days. We are delighted with this collaboration, and one thing is certain: for the next Salon des Gérants (Managers' Trade Show), we won't be looking for a new catering provider. It will be Au P'tit Ampuisais again! See you next year!

We hired Jeremie for our wedding and we were absolutely thrilled! ❤️ From the very beginning, he took the time to listen to us and understand exactly what we wanted. Everything was executed exactly as we had envisioned, with great professionalism, all while staying perfectly within our budget. The result was simply amazing: everything was delicious, our guests loved it, and we received so many compliments on the meal! 🥰 We are so glad we trusted this caterer and we highly recommend him without hesitation! A huge thank you for helping to make our wedding even more beautiful and delicious! ❤️

A perfect experience! Charlène and Jérémie came to our home with their magnificent food truck for our wedding reception (fire pit, cheese, and dessert). Everything was perfect from start to finish, with a wonderfully friendly atmosphere and lots of smiles! We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and its delicious accompaniments… and the desserts… simply stunning and delicious! We highly recommend them!

Incredible burger quality, truly exceptional, a real find. I highly recommend it, you'll love it!

Excellent service for my mother's birthday! The appetizers and spit-roasted pig were delicious, the plated service was perfect, and the tableware was handled flawlessly. Thank you so much! We will definitely recommend you!

Jérémie and his wife came to our home for our children's christening reception, and what can I say? It was magnificent, not only because of the food (appetizers and a fire pit) but also because of their warmth and friendliness! I highly recommend them for all types of events (weddings, birthdays, christenings, etc.). Thank you!

Great event, good food and top-notch staff 😊

We had the pleasure of using Jérémie's services for our wedding, and it was perfect! Everything was delicious: special mention for the pan-seared foie gras for the cocktail hour and the spit-roasted ham for the meal. We were thrilled, and our guests were too: nothing but compliments! In addition to the quality of the food, Jérémie is very attentive and professional. Despite a waitress canceling that very morning, the service ran smoothly. You can book him with complete confidence!

I've rarely eaten such a good burger (the New York)!! I regret not having tried it sooner, what a waste of time 🙂 Go for it without hesitation, it's delicious.

Excellent service during the Year 7 classes in Saint Jean de Touslas. A top-notch team and cuisine featuring delicious local dishes and products! Highly recommended!
