Warm welcome Refined cuisine Very clean establishment

A very pleasant surprise in the heart of Munster, offering traditional cuisine with a very short menu. This speaks volumes about the freshness of the ingredients, as everything is homemade. The same goes for the desserts. I had the beef with maître d'hôtel butter, sautéed potatoes, and salad, accompanied by a half-liter of Côtes-du-Rhône red wine, which was excellent. The beef was incredibly tender and perfectly cooked; I thoroughly enjoyed it. For dessert, I had crumble and apple sorbet. The decor is simple yet very welcoming. The dining room was surprisingly quiet despite being busy. The service was impeccable; the waitress was very polite, smiling, and professional. However, be sure to make a reservation, as the restaurant was full. I highly recommend this restaurant for traditional Alsatian dishes and delicious home-cooked meals.

We received a very warm welcome. A small restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and very friendly staff. The menu is small, but everyone will find something they like. The portions are generous. Our sauerkraut with three types of fish was excellent. The desserts are very good. Cloth napkins are a rare find these days. We highly recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I loved it... An excellent chef who knows how to showcase quality ingredients. I'd never seen a dish transformed before my eyes... I'll let you discover which dish...
