18/09/2023: His cuisine is that of the heart. I humbly nickname him the poet of the taste buds. This bard in the kitchen is Nicolas, the chef. A strong personality, a cuisine rich in flavors and know-how. It is the love of well-made, mastered, tasty cuisine. It is the choice of quality, without any concession. He sublimates according to his inspirations, always taking great care. It is, for example, veal sweetbreads cooked with art; never encountered elsewhere (A killing some would say 😉). The terrace, enclosed between buildings, is royally calm (it reminds me of certain confidential terraces in Italy 🥰). It is arranged with great charm. When night falls, garlands and lights are subtly positioned to give us the feeling of dining by candlelight. The service and atmosphere are friendly, enhanced, for the moment, by the sweet Chloé, both dynamic and smiling. The prices are reasonable in relation to the service. In a few words: A little gem in the heart of Nantes. An address to remember 😋! We will come back !
