When I had lunch here on my third day of skiing (out of seven), I knew I'd be back. A small, cozy mountain restaurant in the imposing Alpe d'Huez, where personality and customer service are paramount, and everything is super affordable compared to some of the larger ski huts. That third day, I had a delicious meal with my father. That's why we returned for the fifth and sixth days. We were greeted cheerfully, and they asked (after only two days) if we wanted the same thing as yesterday. Of course, we did, because it was delicious! When we told them on day six that it was our last lunch, we were given a delicious home-brewed Genepi (local liqueur). Au P'tit Truc is a lovely souvenir of a wonderful week! Thanks a million!

Excellent lunch break right by the slopes with a mountain view 🏔️ We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves: beers, diabolo, raclette cheese burgers, and croziflette—everything was delicious.
