We had lunch there on Sunday, January 25th, for the first time, wow!!! The exterior is classic, but as soon as you step inside, you're greeted with a smile, and you know this place is going to offer you culinary pleasure. The set menu is truly excellent: langoustines, monkfish, and Gascon soufflé, to name just a few, along with a very nice wine list. The dishes are perfectly presented, described, and above all, delicious. What a find, and what a joy that chance led us to this place! Bravo to the whole team, to the owners; we will be back during our next thalassotherapy stay—a must-visit. Saint Paul lès Dax is lucky to have such a gem!! The four of us from Bordeaux.
