A wonderful surprise that came highly recommended! The appetizers and main courses were absolutely delicious! The desserts were perfect! It was a delight from beginning to end! The staff were very friendly and professional. A truly memorable culinary experience that will definitely lead us back. Highly recommended, don't hesitate!

We had lunch there on Sunday, January 25th, for the first time, wow!!! The exterior is classic, but as soon as you step inside, you're greeted with a smile, and you know this place is going to offer you culinary pleasure. The set menu is truly excellent: langoustines, monkfish, and Gascon soufflé, to name just a few, along with a very nice wine list. The dishes are perfectly presented, described, and above all, delicious. What a find, and what a joy that chance led us to this place! Bravo to the whole team, to the owners; we will be back during our next thalassotherapy stay—a must-visit. Saint Paul lès Dax is lucky to have such a gem!! The four of us from Bordeaux.
