Au Rendez Vous des Pecheurs sur Samois-Sur-Seine

We were passing through Fontainebleau to visit the château and were looking for an Asian restaurant for the evening. I'm quite picky when it comes to Asian food. Well, what a surprise! Everything was delicious! The pho was very good, the Thai beef salad delicious, the wonton soup delicious. Even the bubble tea was great! My daughters loved everything! I wish I had a place like this near my home… I would be in heaven! I therefore recommend it 100%!

This was a takeaway order, so I can't comment on the atmosphere or service. However, I get the impression that Thai cuisine isn't this restaurant's specialty: the pad thai was rather bland but still acceptable, the stir-fried vegetables were very good, and the salmon maki were quite ordinary. The price-quality ratio isn't really justified (50 euros for 2 pad thai, 1 vegetable plate, and 6 maki). A word of caution if you order online: don't rely on the photos; the portions of the stir-fried vegetables are much smaller than they appear. We perhaps should have ordered a Vietnamese dish; I gather from the reviews that this is the kitchen staff's background, so these dishes should be much more refined and flavorful.

A very friendly family, excellent food, and reasonable prices! A great little find in an area full of chain restaurants. We'll be back often!

We went to dinner at this restaurant last Thursday, the four of us, and as if that wasn't enough, we went back the following evening. This is to say that everything was more than perfect: a remarkably warm welcome, very reasonable prices on the menu, and of course, excellent dishes prepared just to order. You absolutely must go to this restaurant (which doesn't look like much from the outside) – you won't be disappointed. Cảm ơn các bạn rất nhiều.

The dishes are delicious and often garnished with fresh herbs, which adds a wonderful freshness to the flavors. When I'm craving Thai or Vietnamese food, this is one of my favorite places, whether I'm dining in or ordering online. The service is quick, attentive, and always friendly, with a very pleasant, family-style atmosphere.

Definitely the best Asian food around, and without a doubt the best value for money. I highly recommend it, it's become "My Go-To!" I go there with friends, and they're all blown away. Tiger and Tsin Tao beers... - Fried shrimp dumplings - Lemongrass shrimp soup - Vietnamese pancakes - A variety of crispy noodles (even crispier when you eat in) - Excellent shrimp curry Go without hesitation, everything is absolutely delicious. The cook is very friendly and always smiling. You'd think you were in Thailand... And the Thai smile is no myth 😃 She always compliments my outfit. So, I'm definitely a fan... See you at the fishermen's place! And thank you to the whole team.

We left Paris five years ago and discovered this gem in Avon. Being of Vietnamese origin and not always having time to cook, I find it a perfect spot, and the team is incredibly efficient and lovely. The service is quick, the dining room is simple yet inviting. I recommend it 200%!
