08/09/2026: The establishment offers a most enjoyable experience. The welcome, provided in particular by a young woman named Océane, sparks a genuine interest in discovering the restaurant. Her warm approach and impeccable smile are truly remarkable. Our server, Noé, demonstrated exemplary professionalism. His descriptions of the dishes were precise and his recommendations insightful. Throughout the meal, his service was exceptional, combining discretion and attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism. We particularly appreciated his service. Regarding the culinary offerings, we opted for the signature menu and were completely won over. Each dish was prepared to perfection, with perfectly balanced flavors. We commend the chef for his excellence. (Allow me a constructive observation: some dishes have a rather pronounced level of spice, which may not suit everyone's palate.) Despite this remark, we consider the chef to be of a very high caliber. The setting is simply magical and breathtaking. We highly recommend this restaurant. Although the cost is high, this information is known before booking.

26/08/2026: We were passing through Fontainebleau to visit the château and were looking for an Asian restaurant for the evening. I'm quite picky when it comes to Asian food. Well, what a surprise! Everything was delicious! The pho was very good, the Thai beef salad delicious, the wonton soup delicious. Even the bubble tea was great! My daughters loved everything! I wish I had a place like this near my home… I would be in heaven! I therefore recommend it 100%!

30/08/2026: Until I can try this restaurant myself, I'm giving it 5 stars despite the outrageous negative reviews. The menu looks great and the setting is gorgeous. Support local restaurants, or soon there will only be kebab shops left!
