Fantastic stay at Sans Souci in the Vercors! Estelle took excellent care of us from beginning to end. The breakfast before our 3-day bivouac was incredible, exactly what we needed for our hike. Plus, she gave us lots of great tips about the region. A top-notch welcome, we highly recommend it ;)

A wonderful discovery during our walks… a restaurant open during the week in a small village in the Vercors mountains. A beautiful establishment, tastefully decorated, with a warm welcome and smiling, attentive staff. We had lunch on the back terrace overlooking a lovely garden with the mountains in the background 😍 As for the food, whether it was the set menu or the à la carte options, it was delicious, refined, bursting with flavor, and the spices were perfectly balanced – a real treat! Thank you to the chefs! 😘 (At a very reasonable price)

A superb discovery! Le Sans Soucis restaurant truly deserves its 5 stars. The welcome is incredibly warm, and you immediately feel at ease. The cuisine is semi-gastronomic, refined, and absolutely delicious. Each dish is carefully prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff is friendly, professional, and very welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it, and I will gladly return! 👌✨

A little over 20 years ago, I found myself in a bind because my friends had left without me after an argument... And the owner of this restaurant welcomed me with open arms and even offered me a few beers and let me eat at his table for free (except for the room, of course).
