We had a wonderful time today. The meal, the service, the staff—everything was perfect. Congratulations to the kitchen team, who expertly managed our table of 14, each ordering a different course. Everything was perfectly orchestrated, with no waiting. A restaurant I happily recommend.

Le Tapis Rouge offers you a truly exceptional experience. The food is excellent, and the service, both on the phone and in person, is perfect. A beautiful spot nestled deep in the Munster Valley. A perfect escape close to home.

25/05/2026: Authentic, family-run farm inn! Rustic and well worth the detour! Secluded inn 16 km from Munster. Be careful on the last kilometer where the road is no longer paved. For starters, I had warm goat cheese toasts—a real treat! Then came veal roulade served with spaetzle and vegetables. Delicious... and for dessert, an apple tart. The rest of the table had fleischschnacka served with a salad. I recommend this farm inn for lovers of Alsatian cuisine.
08/05/2026: A magnificent inn ideally situated amidst lush greenery... a delicious, authentic menu. One drawback: no card payments accepted.

14/06/2026: We stayed for four days in this magnificent inn where the welcome and helpfulness of the staff were remarkable. Everything is tastefully decorated with exquisite taste. The premises and bathrooms are spotless. The food is worthy of a gourmet restaurant; the portions are generous, and the staff is very attentive, kind, smiling, and responsive. We felt right at home and eager to return. We highly recommend it. It's an exceptional place.
08/06/2026: Beautiful setting, delicious cuisine, fresh and local produce... Never disappointed. Booking is essential.
