A warm and characterful place, full of delightful surprises: sweetbreads, poached eggs in red wine sauce, kidneys, duck legs, and many other specialties, perfect for discovering or rediscovering tripe cuisine. An authentic address that I recommend without hesitation.

This restaurant is tucked away in a pavilion at the Rungis wholesale market. The moment you walk in, you feel at ease. No frills, no fuss, just excellent French cuisine—and no, it's not all offal! The portions are very generous, and the price is very reasonable (€18 for a set menu of starter/main or main/dessert). My colleagues and I thoroughly enjoyed our first visit!
