A friendly place with good food for only €13 (two starters, main course, cheese, dessert, and drinks included). We come here frequently, and the set menu is €16. It's always homemade, always generous and tasty, and affordable for lunch.

On a friend's recommendation, I went there for lunch today. A very good restaurant with fresh ingredients. No frills, just the pleasure of getting together over a good meal.

A roadside diner just the way we like them, but sadly, they're no longer found. When you walk in, you don't know what you're going to eat, but you know you're going to eat well, and you're not disappointed. You leave feeling like you just want to nap... The staff and the atmosphere are worth the trip; it's a shame it's closed in the evenings and on weekends, we would have loved to go back...

Excellent value for money and service, plus exceptional friendliness from everyone involved. It's best to book ahead because when you see all the local workers and retirees coming here, you can be absolutely certain it's a great place. You'll never leave hungry! And you'll just have an irresistible urge to go back.

Had an amazing lunch in here … 3 courses with a large glass of wine, bread, butter and Camembert for €16 … 17 if with coffee. 2 starters (tuna rice salad and melon and ham). Beautiful rare roast beef and chips (choice of beef tongue and potatoes) and a choice of desserts. Friendly and efficient service. Can see why it was a popular busy lunch spot.
